Theatre (Rangmanch)
Performing on stage has helped students overcome stage fear and improve their public speaking skills, which has significantly enhanced their self-confidence.
Qualities such as teamwork, leadership, and time management have been developed among the students.
By enacting different roles, students have developed empathy and a deeper understanding of human emotions, leading to emotional growth.
The communication skills of the students have improved considerably.
Theatre acts as a mirror of society; through theatrical activities, students have gained a better understanding of social issues and have reflected upon possible solutions.
Herbal Garden
Students have enhanced their knowledge of Botany by practically learning to identify medicinal plants, along with their scientific names and classification.
Awareness regarding Ayurveda and traditional systems of medicine has increased among the students.
Students have learned techniques such as soil preparation, grafting, compost making, and plant maintenance.
The Herbal Garden has contributed to reducing the college’s carbon footprint and has helped in achieving a better ranking in the Green Audit.
Community and health benefits: College staff and students have gained knowledge about home-based herbal remedies for common ailments such as cold, cough, and skin diseases.

A noticeable improvement has been observed in the writing skills of the students. They have learned to write reports, articles, and editorials on various topics.
The practice of filtering content, improving grammar, and fact-checking has become an integral part of the students’ learning process.
Transparency and the effective flow of information among students have increased.
Through the newspaper, information related to Bijnor has been communicated more effectively to both students and staff members.
Students have learned to analyze current affairs and contemporary issues.
By expressing their views on social and educational issues, students have developed logical and critical thinking abilities.
Holistic Personality Development
Students have developed effective communication skills, leadership qualities, and a spirit of teamwork.
Through mock interviews and group discussions, students have been prepared for employment-related interviews.
Regular activities have brought positive changes in students’ behavior and overall attitude.
Stage fear has been significantly reduced.
