Mentee Program (Session 2024–2025)

Rani Bhagyawati Devi Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Bijnor

The Mentor–Mentee Program conducted during the academic session 2024–2025 at Rani Bhagyawati Devi Mahila Mahavidyalaya played a significant role in strengthening the academic and personal development of students. Through regular interaction between mentors and mentees, students were able to discuss their academic difficulties, personal challenges, and career-related concerns in a supportive environment. The program helped mentors to closely monitor students’ academic progress, attendance, and participation in curricular as well as co-curricular activities. As a result, students showed improvement in study habits, time management, and classroom engagement.

The mentoring sessions also contributed to enhancing students’ confidence, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. Many mentees became more aware of higher education opportunities, career planning, and the importance of discipline and regular study. Academically weaker students received individual guidance and motivation, which helped them improve their performance. Overall, the mentor–mentee initiative created a positive mentor–student relationship and a supportive learning atmosphere, contributing to the holistic development, academic success, and emotional well-being of the students during the session 2024–2025.

The Mentor–Mentee Program conducted during the academic session 2025–2026 at Rani Bhagyawati Devi Mahila Mahavidyalaya played a significant role in strengthening the academic and personal development of students. Through regular interaction between mentors and mentees, students were able to discuss their academic difficulties, personal challenges, and career-related concerns in a supportive environment. Mentor mentee program in the college focuses on the students upliftment through dialogue between mentor and mentee. In this program mentee have opportunity to talk about hurdles and problems facing in their studies and career growth.
Mentor mentee relationships yield significant positive outcomes, including accelerated career growth improved communication, leadership and self confidence. Mentees gain valuable personalized guidance. While mentors benifits from increased job satisfaction, recognition and enhanced leadership skill. Academically weaker students received individual guidance and motivation, which helped them improve their performance. Overall, the mentor–mentee initiative developed a positive mentor–mentee relationship and a supportive learning environment, contributing to the holistic development, academic success, and emotional well-being of the students.
